Hayley Uno | Law Clerk

Hayley Uno joined Lozeau Drury LLP in August 2024, after earning her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law with Pro Bono Honors and a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law.
During law school, Hayley interned with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment & Natural Resources Division, Earthjustice’s California Regional Office, and the East Bay Community Law Center’s Health & Welfare Clinic. She was also a Senior Submissions Editor for the Asian American Law Journal, Project Leader for Clean Energy Leaders in Law, and Community & Political Advocacy Committee Co-Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. In 2024, the Ecology Law Quarterly published her student note, Environmental Justice in Cumulative Impacts Analysis.

Before law school, she served as a Policy Fellow at Brightline Defense, an environmental justice nonprofit in San Francisco.

Hayley graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University with a B.A. in Environmental Studies. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.
