Brian Flynn | Associate
Brian Flynn joined Lozeau Drury as an Associate in 2018. He graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2015. Prior to joining Lozeau Drury, Brian practiced at a small plaintiff’s side litigation firm in San Francisco. He also volunteers as a Tenant Counselor at the San Francisco Tenants Union to help tenants understand their rights and responsibilities.
During law school, Brian served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings’ West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and interned for the Center for Biological Diversity, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, and the Natural Resources Defense Council. In 2014, Brian was part of the International Champion team at the Stetson International Environmental Moot Court competition and was also a recipient of the Hastings’ Public Interest Law Foundation Summer Grant awarded to students with a strong commitment to public interest law.
Brian received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from Brown University.
