Kylah Staley | Associate

Kylah Staley joined Lozeau Drury as an Associate in 2024. Prior to joining Lozeau Drury, Kylah practiced environmental law as a Lawyers for America fellow at the Center for Biological Diversity.

Kylah graduated cum laude from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2022. During law school, Kylah served as Senior Note Editor for the Hastings Law Journal and interned at the Center for Food Safety. In 2022, her journal note, The Extraction Industry in Latin America and the Protection of Indigenous Land and Natural Resource Rights: From Consultation Toward Free, Prior, and Informed Consent, was published by the Hastings Law Journal.

Kylah received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
